Role details
What you will do
- Prepare concept layouts, unit improvement sketches, presentation materials, and owner-facing design summaries.
- Support site measurements, photo documentation, existing-condition notes, and property improvement planning.
- Coordinate drawing packages, permit-support documents, and consultant/vendor information where required.
- Create clear visuals that help owners understand rental upgrades, compliance work, and value-add opportunities.
- Work with operations, leasing, and vendor teams so design recommendations remain practical and executable.
What we are looking for
- Architecture, architectural technology, interior design, or related education.
- 2+ years of relevant design, drafting, renovation, or real estate project experience.
- Working ability with tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, or comparable design software.
- Clear communication, organized files, and comfort working between field observations and digital documentation.
- Knowledge of Toronto residential property types, building upgrades, or permit workflows is an asset.
